Ready to partake in scenes and in laughter? Join us for this unique camp where students will learn scenes, monologues, character development, inflection as well as improv games and skills. Great for beginners or seasonal performers.

What to expect at camp!
Singing and vocal technique
Students will learn and focus on vocal technique such as matching pitch, expanding range, artistry and style as well as singing with power and proper breath support.
In Triple Threat, students will learn songs from Footloose, Hadestown and Beetlejuice
Students will work on learning proper musical theatre dance styles, terminology and technique which includes connection, timing, posture, support, placement and expression.
They’ll practice movement in blocking and through dance.
Choreography
Acting and Blocking
From silly icebreakers to acting drills, students will participate in various games and exercises to work on the building blocks of theatre and acting.
Students will also engage in improv to help practice connection and creativity.
Throughout the week, students will work on learning a mini show to present for friends and family members at the end of the week.
Performance for Acting and Improv will be at 11am on Friday
Triple Threat will be on Friday at 2pm

A typical day starts with group introductions, a warm up game, learning songs and lines as well as crafts, outside activities (weather dependent) lunch break (students must bring their own lunch) and building confidence through theatre games.

For Go Fish Camp students should bring a water bottle, a packed lunch and a positive attitude. Let us take care of the rest!

Comfortable, breathable clothing. Closed toed shoes are required due to the nature of dancing and moving around a lot during camp!

The most exciting part of camp is getting to performance day. Students will perform on the last day of camp for friends and family members. There is no cost for the performance, but space is limited.
